This artwork by Manuel Cabré achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in May 2008. In the Latin American Art auction, the work Vista De Sarría Y El Ávila Desde Las Vegas De San Bernardino sold for USD 97,000.00 (€ 62,339.33) - well above the upper estimate of USD 40,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Manuel Cabré; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Tejados De La Vieja Caracas Y El Avila sold at auction in November 2013 with the realized price of USD 112,500.00 (€ 82,684.11).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Manuel Cabré erzielte im Mai 2008 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis.
