In September 2021 Christies held the auction South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art, which included the work Faces In Cyclone by Mansoor Rahi. The »bidding war« ended at USD 8,125.00 (€ 7,018.23), 63% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Mansoor Rahi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Revolution And Red Sky sold at auction in March this year with the realized price of USD 8,190.00 (€ 7,533.11).

Im September 2021 führte Christies die Auktion South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Faces In Cyclone von Mansoor Rahi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 7.018,23) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Mansoor Rahi; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Revolution And Red Sky im März diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 8.190,00 (€ 7.533,11).
