Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2009 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Tandem, 2000 by Manabu Kochi. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 6,000.00 – 9,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 6,375.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Manabu Kochi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2020 the work My Dream was auctioned for EUR 8,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2009 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tandem, 2000 von Manabu Kochi zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 9.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 6.375,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Manabu Kochi konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juli 2020 die Arbeit My Dream für EUR 8.750,00 versteigert.
