Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Untitles by Magdalo Mussio was auctioned at Il Ponte in December 2016, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 1,400.00. Other works by Magdalo Mussio have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in June 2015 by the work Senza titolo at EUR 2,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Untitles von Magdalo Mussio im Dezember 2016 bei Il Ponte versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 1.400,00 den Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Magdalo Mussio wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Juni 2015 die Arbeit Senza titolo mit EUR 2.200,00.
