Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Ma Yunfei was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2009. It changed hands for a price of HKD 68,750.00 (€ 6,010.67) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ma Yunfei - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Zhuang Hui: Look Out! Don't Move, which sold at auction in October 2007 for GBP 10,800.00 (€ 15,509.51).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ma Yunfei kam im Oktober 2009 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 68.750,00 (€ 6.010,67) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ma Yunfei mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Zhuang Hui: Look Out! Don't Move beobachtet, die im Oktober 2007 für GBP 10.800,00 (€ 15.509,51) versteigert wurde.
