This artwork by M. Chat achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in April 2018. In the Urban Art auction, the work Sans Titre - Circa 2010 sold for EUR 2,340.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by M. Chat have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sculpture N°4, 2013 in February 2014 with an auction result of EUR 19,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 95 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von M. Chat erzielte im April 2018 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Urban Art wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre - Circa 2010 für EUR 2.340,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von M. Chat auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sculpture N°4, 2013 im Februar 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 19.500,00.
