Auction result well in line with expectations
In August 2018 Christies in New York held the auction Close to Home: Christie's Staff Art Show, which included the work Gray's Pharmacy, 2018 by Lyndsey Walegur. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 200.00 – 400.00, the actual price achieved of USD 250.00 (€ 215.59) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Lyndsey Walegur have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in August 2018 the work Can You See Me was auctioned for USD 375.00 (€ 323.39).

Im August 2018 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Close to Home: Christie's Staff Art Show durch, in der auch die Arbeit Gray's Pharmacy, 2018 von Lyndsey Walegur zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 200,00 – 400,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 250,00 (€ 215,59) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
