Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Luigi Premazzi could be acquired at Il Ponte in October 2012 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Paintings of the XIX Century | Asian Works of Art auction, the work 1843 changed hands for EUR 19,500.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Luigi Premazzi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Contrada del Broglio, which sold at auction in October 2012 for EUR 52,000.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Luigi Premazzi konnte im Oktober 2012 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important Paintings of the XIX Century | Asian Works of Art wechselte die Arbeit 1843 für EUR 19.500,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Luigi Premazzi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Contrada del Broglio beobachtet, die im Oktober 2012 für EUR 52.000,00 versteigert wurde.
