The work Paesaggio montano by Luigi Cima was sold in the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo auction at Il Ponte in November 2018. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,000.00 50% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luigi Cima achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Passeggiata domenicale in April 2019 with an auction result of USD 43,825.00 (€ 39,125.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Paesaggio montano von Luigi Cima wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.000,00 und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luigi Cima erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Passeggiata domenicale im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 43.825,00 (€ 39.125,97).
