However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Luc Peire - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Alexandre, which sold at auction in April 2011 for EUR 21,150.00.

Die Arbeit Grigeriom von Luc Peire kam im April 2018 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 10.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 43 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Luc Peire mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Alexandre beobachtet, die im April 2011 für EUR 21.150,00 versteigert wurde.
