This artwork by Luc Didier achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in March 2009. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work Le clarou à Valleraugue; and Le lander à St. Flour sold for GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,235.05) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. This high result makes Le clarou à Valleraugue; and Le lander à St. Flour the most expensive artwork by Luc Didier that we have observed at auctions so far.
