In June 2003 Christies in London held the auction Boulle to Jansen: An Important Private European Collection, which included the work The Spanish brigantine Nicolas amidst Mediterranean craft off the coast by Louis-François-Prosper Roux. Other works by Louis-François-Prosper Roux have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 5,290.00 in December 2002 for the work Hamburger Bark: "Justine Helene". Im Juni 2003 führte Christies in London die Auktion Boulle to Jansen: An Important Private European Collection durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Spanish brigantine Nicolas amidst Mediterranean craft off the coast von Louis-François-Prosper Roux zur Versteigerung kam.
