Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Landscape with waterfalls and a bridge by Louis-Philippe Crépin was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in June 2021. The price achieved of EUR 6,300.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louis-Philippe Crépin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Combat Du "Lys" Et De La "Gloire" Contre Le "Cumberland" in June 2014 with an auction result of EUR 193,500.00.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 6.300,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden.
