In July this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Paintings, furniture and varia, which included the work View from a French village by Louis Émile Dardoize. The »bidding war« ended at DKK 5,000.00 (€ 670.60), 25% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Louis Émile Dardoize have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Rest In The Orchard in March 2006 with an auction result of GBP 2,160.00 (€ 3,094.89).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Im Juli diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia durch, in der auch die Arbeit View from a French village von Louis Émile Dardoize zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von DKK 5.000,00 (€ 670,60) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Louis Émile Dardoize auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Rest In The Orchard im März 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.160,00 (€ 3.094,89).
