In the IMPRESSIONIST, MODERN AND POST-WAR ART auction, the work Un étang au soleil sold for GBP 1,880.00 (€ 1,893.67) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 800.00. Admittedly, works by Louis Bonamici have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Quay, Corsica in June 2000 with an auction result of GBP 5,287.50 (€ 8,381.34).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Louis Bonamici erzielte im September 2003 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion IMPRESSIONIST, MODERN AND POST-WAR ART wurde die Arbeit Un étang au soleil für GBP 1.880,00 (€ 1.893,67) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Louis Bonamici auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Quay, Corsica im Juni 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.287,50 (€ 8.381,34).
