Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 1,800.00 (€ 2,612.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Louis Adolphe Tessier have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work French Flower Girls in March 2008 with an auction result of GBP 11,000.00 (€ 13,818.73).
