Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Lorenzo Viani could be acquired at Il Ponte in April 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Disegni e Incisioni di Antichi Maestri auction, the work Uomo con pipa changed hands for EUR 400.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 420.00 – 440.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lorenzo Viani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dame mit Chrysantheme in June 2012 with an auction result of EUR 189,100.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lorenzo Viani konnte im April 2018 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Disegni e Incisioni di Antichi Maestri wechselte die Arbeit Uomo con pipa für EUR 400,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 420,00 – 440,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lorenzo Viani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dame mit Chrysantheme im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 189.100,00.
