Upper estimate price exceeded by 25 %.
The work Due figure by Lorenzo Viani was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in November this year. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 10,000.00 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lorenzo Viani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dame mit Chrysantheme in June 2012 with an auction result of EUR 189,100.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Due figure von Lorenzo Viani wurde im November diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 10.000,00 und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lorenzo Viani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dame mit Chrysantheme im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 189.100,00.
