Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2014 Artcurial held the auction Post War & Contemporary Art, which included the work L'Univers De La Peur - 1990 by Ljuba. The price achieved of EUR 2,340.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ljuba achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Creation Des Androides, 1970 in May 2011 with an auction result of EUR 36,475.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2014 führte Artcurial die Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit L'Univers De La Peur - 1990 von Ljuba zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.340,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ljuba erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Creation Des Androides, 1970 im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 36.475,00.
