A top price for Liu Xun
This artwork by Liu Xun achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in March 2015. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work MISTY LANDSCAPE sold for USD 30,000.00 (€ 27,930.36) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. This high result makes MISTY LANDSCAPE the most expensive artwork by Liu Xun that we have observed at auctions so far.
