A top price for Liu Kuo-Sung - as previously expected
The work The Trajectory of the Planet by Liu Kuo-Sung was auctioned at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in April this year. It changed hands for a price of HKD 1,800,000.00 (€ 1,838,152.17) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 1,200,000.00 – 2,000,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Trajectory of the Planet is the most expensive artwork by Liu Kuo-Sung that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit The Trajectory of the Planet von Liu Kuo-Sung kam im April diesen Jahres bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 1.800.000,00 (€ 1.838.152,17) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 1.200.000,00 – 2.000.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist The Trajectory of the Planet das teuerste Kunstwerk von Liu Kuo-Sung, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
