Chinese Paintings From the Yanqinzhai Collection 「硯琴齋」珍藏中國書畫 Lot 601-731 「杯裏紫茶香代酒，琴中綠水靜留賓」 ——硯琴齋主之書畫收藏 硯琴齋主，祖籍廣東汕頭，生於香港。早年從事貿易，經商之餘耽於傳統藝術。上世紀七十年代，師從本港名家范又新習書，八十年代初先後隨容思澤、吳景略、蔡德允諸師習操縵，並蒐訪歷代琴器，復考其沿革，珍藏唐宋元明以來古斲甚夥。數十年來，以琴會友，多次於港、臺和澳門各大學及博物館舉辦古琴展覽及講座，竭心盡力於古琴藝術之普及推廣。 絲桐之外，硯琴齋主亦雅好丹青�

The work Landscape by Liu Bingheng was auctioned at Bonhams in Hong Kong in October 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 2,805.00 (€ 312.02), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Liu Bingheng - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lantau Island, which sold at auction in December this year for HKD 8,190.00 (€ 947.68).

Die Arbeit Landscape von Liu Bingheng kam im Oktober 2021 bei Bonhams in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 2.805,00 (€ 312,02) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40%. Für andere Arbeiten von Liu Bingheng mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lantau Island beobachtet, die im Dezember diesen Jahres für HKD 8.190,00 (€ 947,68) versteigert wurde.
