Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Poem In Kaishu by Lin Sen was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2011. The price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 5,771.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Lin Sen have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2013 the work Calligraphy in Regular Script was auctioned for HKD 97,750.00 (€ 9,275.97).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 5.771,85) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden.
