Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Temple in the Pine Mountains by Lin Sanzhi was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2021. The price achieved of HKD 189,000.00 (€ 21,023.63) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lin Sanzhi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Poem In Caoshu, which sold at auction in April 2017 for HKD 525,000.00 (€ 61,968.79).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Temple in the Pine Mountains von Lin Sanzhi kam im Oktober 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 189.000,00 (€ 21.023,63) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Lin Sanzhi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Poem In Caoshu beobachtet, die im April 2017 für HKD 525.000,00 (€ 61.968,79) versteigert wurde.
