Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Lin Sanzhi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Hong Kong in December 2021. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work Calligraphy in Running Script sold for HKD 53,550.00 (€ 6,065.66) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lin Sanzhi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poem In Caoshu in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 61,968.79).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lin Sanzhi erzielte im Dezember 2021 bei Bonhams in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Calligraphy in Running Script für HKD 53.550,00 (€ 6.065,66) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lin Sanzhi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poem In Caoshu im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 525.000,00 (€ 61.968,79).
