Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Lim-Johan could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Klassiska auction, the work "Fiskelycka" changed hands for SEK 310,000.00 (€ 33,045.69) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 350,000.00 – 400,000.00. Other works by Lim-Johan have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in December 2016 by the work Elk and hound at SEK 500,000.00 (€ 52,170.20).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Lim-Johan konnte im Juni 2016 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Klassiska wechselte die Arbeit "Fiskelycka" für SEK 310.000,00 (€ 33.045,69) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 350.000,00 – 400.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Lim-Johan wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Dezember 2016 die Arbeit Elk and hound mit SEK 500.000,00 (€ 52.170,20).
