In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo auction, the work Composizione con angurie e uva sold for EUR 1,900.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,000.00. Admittedly, works by Licinio Barzanti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Roses, A Vase And Some Books On A Table in June 2005 with an auction result of GBP 7,200.00 (€ 10,670.85).
