A top price for Liang Dingming - as previously expected
The work Landscape by Liang Dingming was sold in the Important Collections of Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy from Asia auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 8,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 9,440.00 (€ 996.07) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Landscape is the most expensive artwork by Liang Dingming that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Landscape von Liang Dingming wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion Important Collections of Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy from Asia bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 8.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 9.440,00 (€ 996,07) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Landscape das teuerste Kunstwerk von Liang Dingming, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
