The work Calligraphy in Clerical Script by Li Ruiqing was auctioned at Christies in December 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 32,500.00 (€ 3,681.30), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 30%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Ruiqing achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy Couplet In Jinwen in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 1,000,000.00 (€ 115,570.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 30 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy in Clerical Script von Li Ruiqing kam im Dezember 2021 bei Christies zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 32.500,00 (€ 3.681,30) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 30%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Ruiqing erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Jinwen im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.000.000,00 (€ 115.570,69).
