Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Li Dafang was sold in the Contemporary Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2012. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 300,000.00 – 400,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 312,500.00 (€ 31,110.13) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Li Dafang have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2012 the work Zha Xi was auctioned for HKD 400,000.00 (€ 38,974.98).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Li Dafang wurde im Oktober 2012 in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 300.000,00 – 400.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 312.500,00 (€ 31.110,13) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Li Dafang konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2012 die Arbeit Zha Xi für HKD 400.000,00 (€ 38.974,98) versteigert.
