Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Peschiera by Leonardo Dudreville was sold in the Post War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Milan in May 2008. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,600.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Leonardo Dudreville achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Traversando La Pianura Padana Sotto La Neve in November 2012 with an auction result of EUR 60,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Peschiera von Leonardo Dudreville wurde im Mai 2008 in der Auktion Post War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 2.600,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Leonardo Dudreville erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Traversando La Pianura Padana Sotto La Neve im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 60.750,00.
