Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Léon Zack achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in November this year. In the Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work Painting sold for EUR 6,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Léon Zack have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Composition in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 31,450.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Léon Zack erzielte im November diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Painting für EUR 6.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Léon Zack auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Composition im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 31.450,00.
