A top price for Léon Augustin Lhermitte - as previously expected
In April 2019 Christies in New York held the auction European Art, which included the work La vendange à Mont-Saint-Père by Léon Augustin Lhermitte. The auction ended at the price of USD 300,000.00 (€ 267,833.23), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 200,000.00 – 300,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, La vendange à Mont-Saint-Père is the most expensive artwork by Léon Augustin Lhermitte that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im April 2019 führte Christies in New York die Auktion European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit La vendange à Mont-Saint-Père von Léon Augustin Lhermitte zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 300.000,00 (€ 267.833,23) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 200.000,00 – 300.000,00.
