Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2018 Sothebys in New York held the auction (RED) AUCTION, which included the work Liminal Gradient For (Red) by Leo Villareal. The price achieved of USD 50,000.00 (€ 43,645.25) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Leo Villareal have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November this year the work Cloud Drawing (Medium) 1 was auctioned for USD 75,600.00 (€ 69,306.93).

Im Dezember 2018 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion (RED) AUCTION durch, in der auch die Arbeit Liminal Gradient For (Red) von Leo Villareal zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 43.645,25) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden.
