Auction result misses estimated price range
In May this year a collector was able to acquire the work Man wearing a Turban by Lazzaro Donati for USD 63.75 (€ 59.84). This price was achieved in the auction Studio Art | Bonhams Skinner at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of USD 100.00 – 200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lazzaro Donati achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Figura dal cielo viola in February 2005 with an auction result of USD 1,800.00 (€ 1,356.03).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Man wearing a Turban von Lazzaro Donati für USD 63,75 (€ 59,84) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Studio Art | Bonhams Skinner bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 100,00 – 200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lazzaro Donati erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Figura dal cielo viola im Februar 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.800,00 (€ 1.356,03).
