Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,175.00 (€ 1,844.68) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Laszlo Neogrady - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Winter landscape at sunset, which sold at auction in March 2011 for GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,364.66).
