Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2020 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Utan titel" by Lars-Erik Falk. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,486.33) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lars-Erik Falk - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Modul skulptur i färg 87", which sold at auction in November last year for SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,469.34).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2020 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Utan titel" von Lars-Erik Falk zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 26.000,00 (€ 2.486,33) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Lars-Erik Falk mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Modul skulptur i färg 87" beobachtet, die im November letzten Jahres für SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.469,34) versteigert wurde.
