This artwork by Lang Jingshan achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2014. In the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas auction, the work Still Life sold for HKD 23,000.00 (€ 2,367.92) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lang Jingshan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hundred Cranes in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 475,000.00 (€ 48,902.63).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lang Jingshan erzielte im Oktober 2014 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas wurde die Arbeit Still Life für HKD 23.000,00 (€ 2.367,92) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lang Jingshan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hundred Cranes im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 475.000,00 (€ 48.902,63).
