Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2021 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale, which included this untitled work by Lalan. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 2,200,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 2,250,000.00 (€ 254,859.52). Admittedly, works by Lalan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Les Formes Sortent Du Bleu Et Du Vert in October 2020 with an auction result of HKD 11,065,000.00 (€ 1,225,538.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Lalan zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 2.200.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 2.250.000,00 (€ 254.859,52) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lalan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Les Formes Sortent Du Bleu Et Du Vert im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 11.065.000,00 (€ 1.225.538,77).
