Auction result fails to reach estimate
When the work "Teater i Köpenhamn" by Kurt Jungstedt was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in February 2010, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously set the estimate at SEK 2,000.00, but this failed to be met - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 1,600.00 (€ 164.92). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kurt Jungstedt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Sju sjömansvisor och Byssal lull av Evert Taube med bilder av Kurt Jungstedt" in April 2012 with an auction result of SEK 44,000.00 (€ 4,942.47).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Als die Arbeit "Teater i Köpenhamn" von Kurt Jungstedt im Februar 2010 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit SEK 2.000,00 angegeben, den dieses Werk bei seiner Versteigerung leider nicht erreichen konnte - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 1.600,00 (€ 164,92) den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kurt Jungstedt erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Sju sjömansvisor och Byssal lull av Evert Taube med bilder av Kurt Jungstedt" im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 44.000,00 (€ 4.942,47).
