This price was achieved in the auction 70 Artistes pour les Autistes benefiting to Autistes sans Frontières at Artcurial and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 501.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Kurar; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Justice - 2016 sold at auction in April 2017 with the realized price of EUR 6,500.00.
