A top price for Koos van Vlijmen - as previously expected
The work Abstract by Koos van Vlijmen was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2007. The price achieved of EUR 2,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Abstract is the most expensive artwork by Koos van Vlijmen that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Abstract von Koos van Vlijmen kam im November 2007 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Abstract das teuerste Kunstwerk von Koos van Vlijmen, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
