Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Abstract by Konstantinos Vyzantios was auctioned at Sothebys in London in April 2008. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,967.87). Admittedly, works by Konstantinos Vyzantios have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bain l'après-midi I in May last year with an auction result of EUR 38,175.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Abstract von Konstantinos Vyzantios kam im April 2008 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.967,87) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Konstantinos Vyzantios auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bain l'après-midi I im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 38.175,00.
