Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Konstantin Filippov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in March 2006. In the 19th Century European Pictures including Russian Pictures auction, the work Haywagons On The Move sold for GBP 36,000.00 (€ 51,581.51) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Konstantin Filippov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Caucasian Adventure, which sold at auction in November 2004 for GBP 94,850.00 (€ 136,441.21).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Konstantin Filippov erzielte im März 2006 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th Century European Pictures including Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit Haywagons On The Move für GBP 36.000,00 (€ 51.581,51) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Filippov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Caucasian Adventure beobachtet, die im November 2004 für GBP 94.850,00 (€ 136.441,21) versteigert wurde.
