Auction result well in line with expectations
In August 2010 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work A coquette and a gentleman (illustrated); and A seated coquette by Konstantin Ivanovich Rudakov. The price achieved of GBP 500.00 (€ 604.46) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Ivanovich Rudakov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Group Of Six Illustrations For Pushkin'S Eugene Onegin in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,469.30).
