It achieved a price of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,279.70), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Konstantin Andreevich Tereshkovich - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Celebration, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 20,900.00 (€ 29,265.41).
