A top price for Kit Williams - as previously expected
The work Madonna of the Snails by Kit Williams was auctioned at Bonhams in London in July 2021. The price achieved of GBP 8,287.50 (€ 9,718.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Madonna of the Snails is the most expensive artwork by Kit Williams that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Madonna of the Snails von Kit Williams kam im Juli 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 8.287,50 (€ 9.718,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden.
