Artwork auctioned at four times the upper estimate price
This work without title by Kinichiro Ishikawa was worth HKD 200,000.00 (€ 19,833.69) to a buyer in May 2013. This price was achieved in the auction Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kinichiro Ishikawa - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape Of Taiwan(Painted In 1926), which sold at auction in October 2017 for HKD 472,000.00 (€ 51,949.18).
Kunstwerk zum Vierfachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Die Arbeit ohne Titel von Kinichiro Ishikawa war einem Käufer im Mai 2013 HKD 200.000,00 (€ 19.833,69) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Kinichiro Ishikawa mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Landscape Of Taiwan(Painted In 1926) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2017 für HKD 472.000,00 (€ 51.949,18) versteigert wurde.
