Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Kinichiro Ishikawa achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2013. In the Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) auction, the work without title sold for HKD 175,000.00 (€ 17,354.48) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kinichiro Ishikawa - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape Of Taiwan(Painted In 1926), which sold at auction in October 2017 for HKD 472,000.00 (€ 51,949.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Kinichiro Ishikawa erzielte im Mai 2013 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für HKD 175.000,00 (€ 17.354,48) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Kinichiro Ishikawa mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Landscape Of Taiwan(Painted In 1926) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2017 für HKD 472.000,00 (€ 51.949,18) versteigert wurde.
