This work without title by Kinichiro Ishikawa was sold in the Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2013. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 81,250.00 (€ 8,057.44), 63% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Kinichiro Ishikawa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape Of Taiwan(Painted In 1926) in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 472,000.00 (€ 51,949.18).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Kinichiro Ishikawa wurde im Mai 2013 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 8.057,44) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kinichiro Ishikawa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape Of Taiwan(Painted In 1926) im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 472.000,00 (€ 51.949,18).
